Strict Planning For All Activities In My Stroke Recovery

My Stroke Recovery was faster, safer, and more productive because we planned for many of the duties and activities that had to be accounted for each day. These included planning for the Goals set for me to maintain a healthy recovery. Being able to move, stand and eventually walk were activities not taken for granted. In this Guide, we share these activities, my nutrition, and my medications objectives as they were committed to our comprehensive planning.
